The Global Exchange Team is recruiting participants for the 2025 Winter Short-term Chinese Language Program at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), offering a four-week language immersion experience in the beautiful city of Harbin. The program runs from December 29th, 2025, to January 23th, 2026, and selected participants will receive a scholarship of 800,000 won. All currently enrolled undergraduate students (excluding excess semesters) are eligible to apply, regardless of major or Chinese language ability—beginners are welcome.

The program fee is 3,500 RMB (approx. 700,000 won), plus separate accommodation costs (approx. 200,000 won). The application deadline is Thursday, November 20th, 2025, at 3 P.M. KST. Participants must complete both the nDRIMS application and email the Application Form to outbound2@dongguk.edu. They plan to select around two participants, and if the number of applicants exceeds the quota, selection will be made after a document review and interview.

The 800,000 won scholarship is conditional: it is granted only upon successful completion of the program and requires the student to be a currently enrolled 1st-to-7th semester undergraduate (excluding those scheduled to graduate/complete in February 2026) and not receive other specified government-funded scholarships. Successful completion earns 1 Language Training credit (Pass). Please consult the attached files or contact the Global Exchange Team at 02-2260-3466 for detailed information.
