Dongguk University is inviting applications from international students for a one-day Buddhist cultural experience. Interested students are encouraged to apply.
Eligible participants include all international students currently enrolled at the university, both undergraduate and graduate students. Applications will be accepted from September 3rd (Wednesday) to September 11th (Thursday), 2025, with a total of 15 students to be selected. Applications can be submitted via Naver Form at https://naver.me/xI11IoK3. Selection will be based on students who have not previously participated in the Buddhist cultural program and will be finalized on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful applicants will be notified on September 12nd (Friday, 2025) via the contact information provided in the application.
The program will take place on September 19th (Friday, 2025), from 12:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M., and will include a guided tour of the National Museum of Korea followed by free activities at Yongsan Family Park. Participants will receive 10 mileage points for their involvement.
Students should note that this program cannot be counted as an official absence with excuse, and spots may fill quickly if there is high demand. Those who fail to attend without prior notice will face restrictions from participating in future cultural experiences or events, so students should only apply if they are certain they can attend. If a selected student cannot participate due to personal reasons, they must notify the organizers by September 15th (Monday, 2025).
