Dongguk University has announced the launch of a personalized 1:1 career consultation program, exclusively for international students preparing for employment in Korea. With support available in English, Chinese, and other languages, the program brings together expert consultants to provide tailored career guidance. Students will be guided step by step on how to craft resumes and cover letters that truly stand out, with continuous support offered until they successfully land a job.
The program is designed to help participants identify their desired job roles or industry sectors through one-on-one consultations, set career goals aligned with target companies, and receive detailed advice on customized resume requirements. Students will also be supported in selecting appropriate experiences for resumes and cover letters, obtaining direct feedback on their drafts, and writing effective self-introductions that match specific companies and career paths. In addition, the program provides practical interview training, including personalized coaching for company applications, preparation for common interview questions often faced by international students, and group practice sessions to help participants gain confidence in real interview settings.
The consultations will run from August 1st to December 19th, 2025, at the Global Lounge, Room 617, on the 6th floor of Hyehwa Hall at Dongguk University. Applications are free of charge and can be submitted online through Google Forms. For further inquiries, students may contact support@korea-me.com or the Office of International Affairs at Dongguk University.
