The Seoul Global Center will host the ‘JUMP UP, START UP CONTEST’ for foreign entrepreneurs residing in Korea. The competition is open to foreign pre-entrepreneurs and foreign representative companies established within the past five years. However, those holding short-term stay visas are not eligible to apply.
Applications will be accepted from Monday, August 18th, 2025, to Sunday, August 31st, 2025, through an online Google form. Applicants must submit an application form, a business plan, and IR presentation materials. The document screening is scheduled for Thursday, September 4th, and the final presentation screening will take place on Friday, September 26th, at the Seoul Global Center’s International Conference Hall on the 9th floor.
The top three teams will be awarded a total of 6,500,000 won in business funding, with 3,000,000 won for the first prize, 2,000,000 won for the second prize, and 1,000,000 won for the third prize. An additional Popularity Award worth 500,000 won will also be presented. Furthermore, the top three teams will be given opportunities for follow-up mentoring meetups with professional investors or global entrepreneurs.
8 teams that pass the document screening will receive IR enhancement mentoring programs, while outstanding teams will be offered free office space support.
