Dongguk 101 (8) How to Issue Certificates at Dongguk
- What is uDRIMS, mDRIMS and nDRIMS
uDRIMS/mDRIMS was a system for students and staff to handle school-wide tasks (grades, scholarships, registration, timetables, etc.). There is a guidebook for foreign students on how to use uDRIMS to get things done, but uDRIMS is a cumbersome program that requires a separate installation. Therefore, most students had used ‘mDRIMS’ which does not need to be downloaded and can be used on mobile until the new system, ‘nDRIMS,’ was released. Although students mainly used mDRIMS, there was a function that could only be used by uDRIMS. nDRIMS can be said to be a system that integrates convenience and functionality. The homepage of nDRIMS (https://ndrims.dongguk.edu) can be logged in through the assigned student number, and the tab on left that students usually use is ‘Academic Administration.’ In this tab, you can check your grades and timetable, view your tuition bill, and register for classes.
●Viewing academic record: Logging in nDRIMS > Academic Status/Certificate > Academic Record Viewing
● Viewing a timetable: Logging in nDRIMS > ‘Class’> Personal Timetable
- How to issue a certificate
There are two ways to get a certificate: online and offline. First of all, to issue a certificate online, you need to go to the Internet Certificate Issuance Center through the ‘Online issuing a certificate’ tab on the school’s homepage. From there, you can get a hard copy and an electronic certificate. You can log in with your student ID number and click the “Issue a certificate” button to verify your personal information and proceed with the process.
