Dongguk University has announced the recruitment of the Dongguk Global Ambassador (DGLAM) program for the Fall semester of the 2025 academic year. The ambassadors will provide admission information to international students and contribute to promoting the university’s image both domestically and abroad. The deadline for application submission is August 25th, 2025.
The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at Dongguk University who are able to participate throughout the Fall 2025 semester. Applicants must have an active social media account, such as YouTube or Instagram, and be capable of utilizing it for promotional activities. Candidates with prior experience in promotional work, skills in video production or Photoshop, or those able to submit a video portfolio will be given preference.
The selection process will be conducted in two stages. The first stage, document screening, will evaluate applicants on motivation, activity plans, personality, and social engagement. The second stage, interviews, will assess essential qualities required of a global ambassador, including presentation ability, communication skills, and interpersonal competence. Only those who pass the document screening will proceed to the interview stage.
Applicants are required to complete the application form and submit it by email to scf@dongguk.edu. The email subject line must follow the format: “2025 Fall Semester Global Ambassador (DGLAM) Application_Department/Student ID/Name.”
Through this program, the university aims to strengthen its global presence while supporting international students with valuable guidance. Active participation from students with a global mindset and a strong interest in cultural exchange is highly anticipated.
