On July 27th (Sunday) from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., the Seoul Foreign Resident Center will host the 7th Global Life Hub seminar at Lecture Room #3, located on the 11th floor of the Hyundai Department Store Trade Center branch. The venue can be accessed through the department store passageways connected to Exit 5 of Samseong Station (Subway Line 2).

Titled “Everything About JEONSE, WOLSE Rent Contracts – A Safe Guide from a Licensed Realtor,” the seminar aims to help foreign residents better understand Korea’s unique rental systems, JEONSE and WOLSE. It is designed especially for those who are navigating the housing market for the first time. The seminar will be led by Pascal Choe, a licensed real estate agent and CEO of Manhattan Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd.

The program covers all stages of the rental process. In the first part, participants will learn how to identify problematic properties and check local rent prices. The second section focuses on verifying a broker’s qualifications and how to draft a safe and legal rental contract. In the final portion, the instructor will explain mandatory reportings and introduce available support services for new tenants.

The seminar is open to 40 foreign residents and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis through the online form at https://forms.gle/EWHbzHXRntbAbK4WA. The session will be conducted entirely in English.

Attendees are advised to use public transportation, as there is no free parking at the venue. For inquiries, contact Global Life Hub at 02-3467-8900 or 010-5550-9369, or reach the Seoul Foreign Resident Center at 02-2229-4900 or help@sfrc.seoul.kr
