Admitted international undergraduate students must pay their tuition fees between Monday, July 7th and Wednesday, July 9th, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Please note that registration is only valid if payment is completed within this period. Otherwise, admission will be canceled.
Tuition bills can be printed starting at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, July 7th, 2025, from the university homepage, click "Home", International/Exchange" and "International Integration Notice". URL of the bill output will be posted there.
There are several methods to pay. First, students can make a payment by visiting a Shinhan Bank or Kookmin(KB) Bank, or by using online banking transfer. Second, payment in Chinese Yuan is possible through WeChat Pay. To do this, students should access the Shinhan Bank website (https://www.shinhan.com/hpe/index.jsp#041007010000), select school 54404 - new student undergraduate at Dongguk University, enter your candidate number and virtual account number from the tuition bill, and click “OK” to pay. (Please refer to the attached Manual 1 for detailed instructions). Third, students may also use Shinhan Bank’s Heyyoung foreign tuition payment service(refer to attached manual 2).
Please aware that payments must be made via Korean banks. Transfers from overseas banks are not accepted. In addition, failure to pay within the designated period will result in automatic cancellation of admission.
Successful applicants will get Issuance of Certificate of Admission(VISA) by e-mail from July 15th, 2025. The Certificate of Admission will be issued only after the payment has been completed. If any required documents for admission are missing, the certificate cannot be issued. Office of International Students will send the certificate by e-mail.
