Applications for the 2024 winter semester international student dormitory at the Seoul Campus will be accepted from November 11th, 2024, to 4 P.M. on November 17th, 2024. The dormitory is located at Namsan Hall, with rooms provided as two person shared rooms. The dormitory fees are 750,000 KRW for new applicants (including a 100,000 KRW deposit) and 787,500 KRW for those extending their stay. Dormitory check-in will begin on December 19th, 2024. If there are many applicants, some may not be allowed to check in. The results of the application will be notified by email at 4 P.M. on November 18th, 2024. Payment instructions for the dormitory fees will be sent via email at a later date.
Refunds will be subject to the refund policy, and if a cancellation (including withdrawal of admission) is made after the official check-in date for the winter semester, a deduction may apply, or no refund may be issued. Required documents for check-in include the dormitory agreement, a copy of your passport, a chest X-ray result, proof of measles vaccination, and if you do not have an Alien Registration Card (ARC), an insurance confirmation letter must also be submitted. Dormitory applications are only accepted within the specified period.
