On May 28, the Gyeonggi-do Job Fair will be held at the Suwon Convention Center. It is an event with 100 recruiting companies and 5,000 job seekers, with the purpose of matching young people for 'better small and medium-sized business jobs than large companies' and supporting corporate growth in line with the needs of local industrial sites for 'better company development' and supporting shared growth jobs for talent cultivation.
The main events include recruitment and counseling, promotion of participating organizations, main stage program, and employment support program. The main stage program consists of an opening ceremony, a job challenge golden bell, a briefing on getting a job session where participants can learn about getting a job know-how and strategies for overseas employment, a motivational hope book concert, and a financial lecture. The employment support program consists of AI matching based on Strategic Industry Chat GPT, matching concierge, and mentoring from current employees, and also provides overseas employment and international student counseling services. The Dongguk Post hopes that foreign students who want to work in Korea will be interested in the program.
