On April 30th, the foundation ceremony on Business school's Buddhist club was held in the Jeonggakwon. The culb is called "DabutDabut," which means the appearence that people are close together. The event proceeded in the following order: recitation of the Heart Sutra, introduction of the club and its establishment status, introduction of guests, welcoming remarks, donation presentation, awarding of certificates of appointment, and commemorative photos. The club president, Choi Yoon-jeong, announced plans to focus on studying management ethics centered around Buddhist philosophy, as well as diversifying Buddhist experiences through temple visits and temple stays. Furthermore, Chairman Monk Donkwan expressed delight at the emergence of Buddhist clubs in various colleges, seeing it as a new change. He also urged efforts for "Dongguk" through six universally valid truths preached in Buddhism. Many students and guests attended to celebrate the establishment of the club.
