From 10:00 PM on April 12th, 2024, Friday, until 8:00 A.M. the following day, Saturday, April 13th, our university’s core database system, uDRIMS DB, is scheduled to undergo a security enhancement through the application of security patches and solutions. Consequently, we would like to inform you that there will be a suspension of services related to the uDRIMS systems.
The entire operation is expected to last about 10 hours, but please be aware that this could vary based on actual progress. Due to this work, not only the uDRIMS DB but also various systems linked to it will experience service interruptions. The affected services include the portal system, mDRIMS, e-class, groupware, the university’s main website, the central library’s website, the Dream PATH system, and the career support center’s website.
This maintenance is a critical measure to strengthen the information security of our university community and to provide a safer service environment. Therefore, during the specified period, the services impacted by this operation will be inaccessible. We advise you to take the necessary measures in advance and appreciate your understanding.
