[Notice] 2026-1 Graduate School Admission Guide for International Students
Dongguk University Graduate School is accepting applications for international students for the Spring 2026 semester, beginning in March. The available programs include Master’s, Doctoral, integrated Master’s-Doctoral, and interdisciplinary programs, while transfer admission will not be offered. The number of admitted students will be determined by each department. Eligible applicants are those whose parents are both foreign nationals, or those who are foreign nationals themselves and have completed all prior education, including elementary, middle, high school, and university (graduate school), abroad, obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Applicants who have already earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Korea or overseas, or are expected to complete one by February 2026, as well as those recognized by law as holding equivalent or higher qualifications, may also apply.
The admission process consists of document screening, an oral interview, and a written test, which vary by department. The application period is from October 20th, 2025, to October 27th, 2025, at 11:59 P.M., while document submission by mail is accepted until October 28th, 2025, at 11:59 P.M. and in-person submission is accepted from October 27th, 2025, to October 29th, 2025, at 4 P.M. Departmental screening will be held on November 8th, 2025, and the final results will be announced on November 20th, 2025.
