[Notice] 2025 “Kangwon Land Hero’s Shelter Voluntour Program“ Application

   This program is designed to provide international youth volunteers with a unique community-engagement experience through a voluntourism trip to Korea’s former coal mining region. Participants will engage in activities aimed at deepening their understanding of social responsibility while contributing to local communities. A certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the program.

   The program is open to international university students, including those in master’s or doctoral programs, who have prior volunteer experience. It will take place over three days, from Wednesday, September 24 to Friday, September 26, 2025, at the High1 Resort in Jeongseon County, Gangwon Province. All expenses, including accommodation and meals, will be fully covered.
