[Notice] Application Open for Goyanghaksa Dormitory – Fall 2025

   Dongguk University is now accepting applications for residence at Goyanghaksa Dormitory for the Fall 2025 semester. The application is open exclusively to new undergraduate and graduate students who are entering the university in the fall term.

   There are two options for the period of residence. Students may apply for either a four-month stay from August 28th, 2025 (Thursday) to December 16th, 2025 (Tuesday), or a six-month stay from August 28th, 2025 (Thursday) to February 9th, 2026 (Monday). Room types available include double and triple rooms. A deposit of 100,000 KRW is required, which will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage to facilities or equipment. The dormitory fee is 1,154,400 KRW for four months and 1,726,400 KRW for six months. Meals are not included in the dormitory fee and must be arranged individually.

   New students can submit their applications between July 8th (Tuesday) and July 10th (Thursday), 2025. The list of accepted residents will be announced on July 11th (Wednesday), and payment must be made between July 15th (Tuesday) and July 20th (Sunday).    After the application deadline, it will not be possible to change the room type or extend/shorten the period of stay. Additionally, if a student cancels their residency or withdraws after the official move-in date of August 28th, the dormitory fee will be refunded only in accordance with the university's refund policy and may be partially refunded or non-refundable.
