[Notice] 2025 Fall Semester Graduate School Tuition Payment for International Admitted Students

   Dongguk University has announced the tuition payment schedule for international students admitted to the Graduate School for the Fall 2025 semester. The tuition payment period will run from Tuesday, July 1st to Thursday, July 3rd, 2025, and payments can be made from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. during this period. However, on the last day, July 3rd, the deadline is 5 P.M., so students should be careful not to miss it. Tuition bills can be printed by accessing the designated link for successful applicants and clicking the “고지서 출력 (Print Bill)” button located at the top left corner of the pop-up window. To log in, students should enter their examination number as the ID and their birth date in the format YYMMDD followed by “dg!” as the password (for example, 940101dg!).

   Tuition can be paid in several ways: by visiting a Shinhan Bank or KB Kookmin Bank branch, by domestic online bank transfer, through WeChat Pay, or by using PayPal via the HeyYoung platform.

   For those using WeChat Pay or PayPal, payment must be made through the Shinhan Bank website. Students should select "52802-동국대 동국대학원(서울)" from the institution list, enter their examination number, and input the virtual account number shown on the tuition bill to complete the transaction. Once the payment is made, students should click the “등록금납부확인 (Payment Confirmation)” button to download and verify the confirmation of payment.

   It is important to note that tuition payments cannot be made from overseas bank accounts; only domestic Korean banks are accepted. If payment is not completed within the specified period, admission will be automatically canceled. However, students who applied through the SRD program are exempt from tuition payment and do not need to reply separately, as their eligibility will be checked internally by the university.

   For students who have not yet submitted all required documents, it is essential to check and submit them by the deadline. General documents must be submitted by Monday, June 30th, 2025, and for those expected to graduate in August 2025, academic records such as graduation certificates and transcripts must be submitted by Monday, August 25th, 2025.    All documents should be sent to the Office of International Students, Room 9139, 9th Floor, New Engineering Building, Dongguk University, 30 Pildong-ro 1-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, 04620, Korea. The Certificate of Admission, which is necessary for visa issuance, will only be issued after tuition has been paid and all required documents have been submitted. The certificate will be sent via email in July 2025 to the email address provided during the application process.
