[Notice] Korean Language Clinic Operation Guide for International Graduate Students

2025-03-05     Lee Jae-won

To assist international graduate students with writing their theses in Korean, Dongguk University is operating a Korean Language Clinic. This clinic is available to international graduate students (currently enrolled or completed) who are experiencing difficulties writing their theses in Korean. Undergraduate students are not eligible for this service. The clinic provides support for spelling, grammar correction, and editing of Korean theses. The Korean Language Clinic will be available starting from March 12th, 2025, and students can apply for consultations and feedback through the DreamPath. Each student is limited to two consultations per semester, and additional consultations cannot be requested beyond this limit. This service is provided free of charge, and the edited results can be checked via DreamPath approximately three weeks later.

Requests that do not align with the purpose of the Korean Language Clinic may be restricted, and editing services beyond spelling and grammar correction are not provided. Additionally, consultations are limited to Korean theses of graduate students, and undergraduate students are not eligible for consultation. Inquiries about the edited results can be made to the consultant via email only within one week after the consultation completion date, with a maximum of two inquiries. For more details or inquiries, please contact the Global Student Team (6th floor, Hyehwa Hall) or email scf@dongguk.edu.
