[Notice] Submission of TOPIK Scores for Graduation

   This notice provides information about the requirement to submit TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) scores for graduation. International undergraduate students who have not yet submitted a TOPIK certificate at level four or higher are required to do so. This applies to students who were admitted through the international admissions process since September, 2011. Students who submitted a TOPIK level four or higher certificate at the time of admission are automatically exempt from this requirement, as their graduation status has already been processed.

   The deadline for submission is January 17th, 2025. Students planning to graduate in February, 2025 must submit their scores by this date to graduate on time. Students graduating in February, 2024 will not be allowed to submit their scores after the deadline, and their graduation will be deferred. Students graduating after August, 2025 may submit their scores until early July, 2025. It is important to note that scores only need to be submitted once during the entire enrollment period.

   The required documents include a completed TOPIK score submission application form, available at the relevant office, and a TOPIK level 4 or higher certificate (either an original, a copy, or a scanned version). Only scores that are valid as of the submission date will be accepted.

   Documents can be submitted either in person or via email. For in-person submission, students should visit the Global Student Team office located in Hyehwa Hall, Room 620. For email submission, students should send the scanned application form and TOPIK certificate to scf@dongguk.edu. When submitting via email, the subject line should read: "TOPIK Score Submission for Graduation_Your Name."
