[Notice] Selection of Participants for the 2025 Korean University Chinese Language Study Abroad Program

   The National Institute for International Education (NIIED) has announced the selection of participants for the 2025 Korean University Chinese language study abroad program under the Korea-China Education Exchange Agreement. The program is open to university students majoring in Chinese or related fields at four-year universities. A total of 50 students will be selected, and the application deadline is December 2nd, 2024.

   Eligible applicants are undergraduate students currently in their 1st to 3rd years, with students on leave of absence excluded. Students who are double majors, minors, or in multidisciplinary programs are also eligible to apply, provided they submit official documentation from their university. The study program will take place at Beijing Language and Culture University, and will run for six months from August 4th, 2025, to January 9th, 2026, with a focus on Chinese language and culture.

   Applications must be submitted via email by 6 P.M. on December 2nd, 2024, and supporting documents must be sent by registered mail or delivered in person. The program offers full financial support from the Chinese government, covering tuition, living expenses, and accommodation fees.
