[Notice] Dongguk University Opens 2024 Admissions for Foreign Students

   Dongguk University has announced that foreign students will be recruited for freshman and transfer admissions in the 2024 academic year. The university is looking for applicants who, under nationality requirements, have both foreign parents. For academic qualifications, the university is looking for graduates or prospective graduates of a regular high school or those recognized under relevant laws as having equivalent academic credentials. For transfer admissions, the university is targeting students who have completed certain semesters at a 4-year college domestically or internationally, or those who are graduates or prospective graduates of a 2-3 year technical college.

   Language qualifications require a minimum of TOPIK level 3, intermediate 1B from Sejong Hakdang, or completion of four semesters at a regular Korean language education program at a domestic 4-year university with the necessary grade achievements. Importantly, an attendance rate of over 80% is required for all semesters, and applicants who have studied less than four semesters are ineligible.

   Application submissions will be accepted online from June 7th to June 13th, 2024. Document submissions can be made via mail from June 7th to June 18th and in person on June 14th, 17th, and 18th. The Korean language level test will be conducted on June 19th, and the announcement of successful candidates will be made on July 2nd via Dongguk University’s website.
